Happy Mango Bakery is a small business in LaVista, NE. The Bakery was started by our founder, Megan Shonka, who began working out of her home in 2020. As the business grew, it was clear that expanding into a brick and mortar store was the next logical step. In addition to housing bakery operations, Happy Mango offers rental of the commercial kitchen during "off" hours. Our goal is to help other small businesses that need a prep/baking space, but can't afford to rent a brick and mortar store on their own.
