Baking Assistant, starting wage $13.50/hr (part time 15-25 hrs/week) - May require some weekend shifts. Number of hours given to this role will be determined based on applicant's availability and the needs of the bakery. This role is a crucial component to our kitchen staff. Work would include: batch prep, baking, and various kitchen maintenance duties. Job requirements: capable of doing quick math, measuring ingredients accurately, following detailed instructions, and adhering to protocol and processes required in the kitchen. Priority will be given to those with previous kitchen experience. Knowing how to make any of our specialty items is a plus (such as macarons, cupcakes, muffins, etc.) Also, having decorating experience is beneficial and would allow for expedited growth within our company.
