We recommend submitting an order form at least 16 days prior to your event date. Orders must have a paid deposit before day 14 in order to avoid rush fees.  We do our best to accommodate last minute orders, if we have the capacity to make them. This often requires us to shift our production process and staff schedules. Orders placed within the 14 day window must be paid in full at time of ordering and will include the following rush fees.  

8-14 days, add 15% of order total
2-7 days, add 25% of order total
